Values & Principles
We believe our core values - objectivity, a client-first mentality, attention to detail and value - make for a different kind of experience. Early on in the design of our firm, we developed Core Values that drive who we want to be in caring for our clients. Our Core Values include five founding principles:
We are client-focused in everything we do. We guide our clients through their financial plan, through implementation, and beyond. Every member of our team is expected to provide the highest level of service and integrity possible.
Our clients put their faith in the advice and services we provide, so every member of our team is expected to provide the highest level of service possible. We have our clients’ best interests at heart in every action we take. We place ourselves in positions of trust by our clients, and the ultimate source of that trust is personal integrity. Allowance can be made for innocent error and legitimate differences of opinion, but integrity cannot co-exist with deceit or subordination of one’s principles.
Provide professional services objectively. Objectivity requires intellectual honesty and impartiality. Regardless of the particular service rendered or the capacity in which we function, we should protect the integrity of our work and maintain objectivity.
Maintain the knowledge and skill necessary to provide professional services competently. Competence means attaining and maintaining an adequate level of knowledge and skill, and application of that knowledge and skill in providing services to clients.
Protect the confidentiality of all client information. Confidentiality means ensuring that information is accessible only to those authorized to have access. A relationship of trust and confidence with our clients can only be built upon the understanding that their information will remain confidential.
